29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. a) Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc. - Holland, Ohio: On November 25, 2014, surfaces in the male locker room had contamination of lead, exposing employees to the toxic material. The employer failed to ensure that surfaces were maintained as free as practical of lead contamination. The Johnson Controls Battery Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(d)(7) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 108096, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 10300 Industrial St. Holland, OH, 43528.
