29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: On or about November 20, 2014, at the above addressed job site, employer did not ensure that 3M 6000 and 6800 elastomeric respirators used for fiberglass operation in the fiberglass department were stored properly to protect employees from fiberglass particulate that can damage or cause deformation of facepiece and exhalation valve.
