29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): Working space required by this standard may not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded: a) Stockroom/Receiving Area - Working space for electrical panels was used for storage. Access to the circuit breaker panels were blocked by stock and material boxes. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 907752, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/05/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1523 E. Main Street, El Dorado, AR 71730.
