29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Building 1 - On or about 11/05/14 and at times prior thereto the flexible cables powering the electrical outlet for welding were left in permanent service and were not installed inside conduits to avoid damage and loss of insulation. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
