On or about November 7, 2023, to March 7, 2024, at an establishment located at 724 South Industrial Drive in Waupaca, Wisconsin, in the stripping room; the employer did not provide information and training for each affected employee prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to Methylene chloride (MC). Employees were exposed to MC while stripping wood furniture with methylene chloride-containing paint stripper [i.e., Benco Sales B7 industrial paint remover, 70-80% by weight].
