On or about November 7, 2023, to March 7, 2024, at an establishment located at 724 South Industrial Drive in Waupaca, Wisconsin, in the stripping room; the employer did not provide appropriate eyewash facilities within the immediate work area for emergency use. Employees were exposed to Methylene chloride splashing in their eyes while stripping wood furniture with scrub brushes and dropping the parts into a tray containing a stripper with methylene chloride as the primary ingredient, [i.e., Benco Sales B7 industrial paint remover, 70-80% by weight].
