29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve. a). Paint Shack Area - On or about and times prior to November 2, 2016, respirators were not stored properly to protect them from being contaminated with wood dust and chemicals (e.g. paint, thinners, lacquers), thus exposing employees to a dermatologic hazard. Kevin Brake dba Goose Creek Cabinets was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075773, citation number 1, item number 3e and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Savannah Highway, Jesup, GA 31545.
