OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees Location: Jobsite- 788 Main Street, Hudson, MA On October 25, 2024, an employee was exposed to fall hazards and crushed by hazards when standing on an unsecured load of building materials that was lifted approximately 25 feet above ground level by Lull Telehandler to conduct roofing activities
