29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided. At the construction site, the employer did not provide an extension ladder for employees to safely access and egress the upper levels of the residential structure, exposing employees to a fall hazard. Jorge Luis Gonzalez Campos was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1051(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595652, Citation Number 1, Item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2024, with a final abatement date on June 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 221 Resting Place Road, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
