29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(ii)(A): The employer did not ensure that training was provided to employees with occupational exposure at the time of initial assignment to tasks where occupational exposure might take place. Housekeeping Department: On or before July 11, 2023, Employees conducted bedding change, room cleaning, and trash removal from occupied rooms which exposed employees to bloodborne pathogens. The employer did not ensure required bloodborne pathogen initial training had been completed. The employees were potentially bloodborne pathogens.
