29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)[A]: The employer did not prohibit a tight-fitting facepiece to be worn by employees who had facial hair that comes between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face: On or about April 25, 2019, an employee was exposed to Particulates Not Otherwise Regulated and wore an N95 filtering facepiece respirator and the employer did not prohibit employees with facial hair that interfered with the seal of the respirator from using a tight fitting respirator. GRAHAM WELDING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1224764, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1d AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 5, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 813 E NORTH ST, DECATUR, IL 62521.
