29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Facility-Wide: Employees are required to work with hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, Vigon Orange Terpenes, Vigon Acetic Acid Natural, Isopropyl Alcohol, Acetone, Vigon Caprylic acid, Methyl Amyl Ketone, and compressed gas cylinders (i.e. Oxygen, Helium, etc). The employer did not provide affected employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals, on or about 12/12/17 and 12/19/17.
