29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer. a). Paint Shack Area - On or about and times prior to November 2, 2016, the employer did not ensure respirators were properly cleaned and disinfected for employees who were required to wear respirators (e.g. 3M 7502 Half Face Mask Respirators) during spraying operations, thus exposing employees to a dermatologic hazard. Kevin Brake dba Goose Creek Cabinets was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075773, citation number 1, item number 3d and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Savannah Highway, Jesup, GA 31545.
