Case Number 2016-8, Temporary Agency: Randstad, Date of Injury 2/27/16, Classification: not filled out. Temp agency said that the employee received a sprained wrist. The employer said that the employee got tangled in a drop cord. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
