29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: a. Site- Employees were exposed to falls between 14 and 25 feet where they attached their personal fall arrest equipment to roof trusses that was not fully braced for their anchor point. Leleu & Brother Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312423098, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/11/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 605 Hogan Road, Bangor, ME 04401.
