29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer shall ensure that employees using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator pass an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT) as stated in this paragraph. (a) Production Area: Employees who were required to wear tight fitting filtering face piece respirators were not fit tested, on or about March 26, 2013. Di-Ferraro Inc., dba Totowa Concrete Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312861842, citation number 2, item number 2d and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Burgess Place, Wayne, New Jersey.
