29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours: (a) At the inspection site, where employees were engaged in production of wood trusses, the employer's OSHA 300 Logs for 2010 - 2013 and certified OSHA 300A Summaries for the previous 3 years were not provided within 4 business hours in response to verbal and written requests during the inspection on March 1, 2013. Of these forms, only an incomplete OSHA 300 Log for 2012 was received. (b) At the inspection site, copies of the employer's OSHA 301 Incident Reports, or equivalent forms, for each of the injuries recorded on the OSHA 300 Logs for years 2010 - 2012 were not provided within 4 business hours in response to a written request by email to an employer representative on June 24, 2013.
