29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their assignment: On or about April 9, 2025, it was documented that employees performing recreational vehicle servicing and maintenance in the service bays of BRV Lincoln, LLC dba Bish's RV of Lincoln located at 1000 and 1040 Saltillo Road, Roca, Nebraska were exposed to chemical contact hazards in that the employer did provide effected employees with the information or where to access the information for each chemical as it relates to the chemicals they were using. Instances of chemical use includes but is not limited to: i. Clorox Bleach, ii. Meguiar's Detailer Glass Cleaner,(concentrate), iii. Ultimar Exterior Spray on Protectant (concentrate), iv. Dicor Rubber Roof coating System (sealants), v. Propane, vi. Ultimar Leather & Fabric Protector vii. Arnold Motor - Foaming Bug Remover
