29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) Location: Mountain Gate Apartments - 7501 S. Utica Dr., Littleton, CO 80128. On or about July 16, 2024, and at times prior, the employer, Centennial Concrete & Waterproofing LLC, did not ensure a site- or task-specific written exposure plan was implemented to control employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica during required abrasive blasting and dry grinding of concrete surfaces, as well as subsequent concrete dust clean-up operations using a Milwaukee battery-powered blower in the enclosed breezeways and on landings of Building 19. These conditions exposed employees to respirable crystalline silica dust. Centennial Concrete & Waterproofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection 1705321, Citation 1, Item 3c, which was affirmed as a final order on May 2, 2024, with respect to the workplace located at 5105 DTC Pkwy.
