29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), & (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes items (i) and (ii) of this subparagraph: a) 382-393 Nicker Jack Way, Chatham Bay, Dover, DE 19901: On or about February 5, 2024, i.e. employees are exposed to gasoline, a flammable eye and skin irritant while pouring gasoline into a gas-powered generator and a gas-powered air compressor and the employer did not maintain Safety Data Sheets warning of the associated hazards. The Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686108, citation number 1 item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/2/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Main Street Middletown, DE 19709.
