29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1):For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1, unless the employer assesses and limits the exposure of the employee to respirable crystalline silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section: a) 345 S. Warren Street, Syracuse, NY, 13202: On or about 03/28/2023, the employer did not implement engineering controls, work practices and respiratory protection specified in Table 1 for employees while performing concrete demolition activities including but limited to chipping concrete with a Hilti Jack Hammer and demolition hammer potentially exposing employees to respirable crystalline silica. Warren Garage LLC DBA CNY Parking Corp, Warren Garage Holdings LLC, Warren Garage Management L.L.C., and United Partners, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336946, citation number 1, item number 5-a and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 345 S. Warren Street, Syracuse, NY.
