29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: 342 Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford CT: On or about January 25, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees required to wear tight-fitting, full-face respirators had passed an annual fit test before wearing the respirators and being exposed to airborne lead concentrations above the permissible exposure limit during tasks such as, but not limited to, shooting range cleaning. Delta Arsenal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1433026, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 342 Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford, CT 06492.
