29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step. Location: 3 Boston Way, Newburyport, MA On or about 09/07/22, employees were using the top of an 8 foot step ladder to access the upper landing surface (roof). JKA Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.1053(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402963, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/19, with respect to a workplace located at Executive Drive, Merrimack, NH 03054.
