29 CFR 1910.146(k)(3): Retrieval systems or methods are not used to facilitate non-entry rescue when an authorized entrant enters a permit space: A) Morral Companies, LLC, located at 132 Postle Avenue, Morral, OH 43337: The employer does not use retrieval systems or methods to facilitate non-entry rescue from permit spaces such as the Lawn Mixer located in the Liquid Department. Employees, conducting cleaning/unjamming and maintenance activities inside the Lawn Mixer, are exposed to thermal, atmospheric, engulfment, and mechanical hazards. The violations occurred on or about April 16 and April 17, 2020, at the above address.
