29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i): Lockout or tagout devices were not affixed to each energy isolating device by authorized employees: (a) Cutting department; Lockout locks were not affixed on electrical and pneumatic energy isolation points for Gerber brand, fabric cutting machines during blade changing operations. The Core Products International, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1378850, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on May 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1505 Parker Drive, Chetek, WI 54728.
