29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): (a) In the mixing area, employees wore filtering facepiece respirators without being fit tested. Cates Caststone Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1285452, citation number 2, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2018, with respect to workplace located at 12783 FM 346 East Whitehouse, TX 75791.
