29 CFR 1910.147(d)(6): Prior to starting work on machines or equipment that had been locked out or tagged out, the authorized employee did not verify that isolation and deenergization of the machine or equipment had been accomplished: (a) MMX03 and MMX02 industrial mixer area; no verification was performed that isolation and deenergization of the equipments hazardous energy had been completed. Natural Polymer International Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1183666, citation number 1, item number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3601 E. Plano Parkway Suite 150 Plano, TX 75074.
