29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Employees who worked on Weber Press #1017 (Model #A224 & Serial #1017) were not protected from the point of operation hazard created by the die cut, exposing employees to caught-in and crushing hazards. The IFS Filing Systems LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1158856, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on July 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 11225 W. Heather Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53224.
