29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(5)(i)(A): The employer did not maintain a sharps injury log that contained at a minimum the type and brand of device involved in the incident: a) Throughout corporate offices, Winter Springs, Florida, on or about 11/2/2017: The Sharps Injury Log for the calendar year 2017 did not include the brand name of a needle used to a provide flu shot in Watertown, NY during the administration of which an employee was stuck. Abatement certification must be submitted for each item.
