29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(1)(i): When an employee or designated representative requested access to a record, the employer did not provide access within 15 working days and did not apprise the employee or designated representative the reason for the delay and earliest date when the record can be made available: (a) On or about December 9, 2016, at worksite at JFK International Airport, Building 139, Jamaica, NY 11430 Independent third party air monitoring results of the asbestos abatement project that took place within Building 139, immediately adjacent to active food preparation areas, during October, November and December 2016, requested by the authorized employee representative, were not provided.
