29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT). a). Paint Shack Area - On or about and times prior to November 2, 2016, the employer did not provide respirator fit testing to employees who were required to wear respirators (e.g. 3M 7502 Half Face Mask Respirators) during spraying operations, thus exposing employees to a respiratory hazard. Kevin Brake dba Goose Creek Cabinets was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1)which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1075773, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 4111 Savannah Highway, Jesup, GA 31545.
