29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about 11/06/14, at the above mentioned job site, the employer did not ensure employees that use respirators while mixing chemicals such as, Isopropyl alcohol, Ancamine, Efka SI 2173, Efka FL 3777, and Efka FA 4654, and polishing aluminum boards were medically evaluated.
