29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom was not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided where practicable. a. A&D Wood Products, Inc. located in Elida, Ohio: On or about September 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure that work areas such as, but not limited to those around the re-saw and the notcher were maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Saw dust and wood debris was allowed to accumulate in the working areas exposing employees to fire hazards and explosion hazards from the combustible dust.
