29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable extinguishers or hose used in lieu thereof under paragraph (d)(3) of this section were not visually inspected monthly: a) 300 E. Ayre Street, Newport, DE - Fire extinguishers were not inspected monthly as required. The employees work in the area on a daily basis. This exposed the employees to potential fire hazards. The violation was observed on or about March 11, 2014.
