29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): (a) Field Office: On or about July 3, 2013, and at times prior, workers were exposed to hazards relating to delayed emergency exit from the field office where a sign reading "Not an Exit" was missing from a water closet door that was in the same ante-room as an exit door. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
