29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: JOB SITE: 200 Harding Avenue, Maryland Heights, MO 63043, at this work site, the employer failed to train their employee by a qualified person to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazard. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard. RENAISSANCE ROOFING, INC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.454(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313988479, citation number 1, item number 4, issued on 2/19/2010, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/17/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 2851 Utah Street, Saint Louis, MO 63118.
