29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: a) Tobeyco Manufacturing Co Inc., 165 Cedar Street, Corning, NY - Throughout the site. On or about June 11, 2025, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were not maintained and readily available at the site for employee use. The hazardous material used by workers throughout the site included, but was not limited to, metal cutting fluids, compressed gases, cleaning solvents, and powder coatings.
