29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about January 27, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois. The employer did not have a competent person conducting frequent and periodic safety inspections. M & J GENERAL CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(B)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1494920, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1B, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 15, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED 2936 RUTHERFORD DRIVE, URBANA, ILLINOIS 61802.
