29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i):Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: Location: 788 Main St, Hudson, MA On October 25, 2024, a worker was exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet to a lower level while using ladder jack scaffolding to conduct roofing activities where fall protection was not used. SB Roofing & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686958, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/31/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 373 Main St, Milford, MA.
