29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) On or about July 1, 2024, at the jobsite located at 3721 E. Stargrass Ct. Oak Creek, WI 53154, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to potential fall hazard had been properly trained to recognize, and minimize, or eliminate the fall hazards associated with this work. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of up to 17 feet onto grass and concrete. CJ Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1638735, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/12/2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 964 Spring Waters Dr. OCONOMOWOC, WI. CJ Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1554426, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/29/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 255 Four Winds Ct. Hartland, WI 53029.
