29 CFR 1904.7(b)(3): The employer did not correctly classify the following work-related injuries or illnesses on the OSHA Form 300 or equivalent. (a) Facility wide - On or about May 13, 2024, the employer did not enter the number of days an employee injured in a work-related incident was away from work. (b) Facility wide - On or about May 16, 2024, the employer did not enter the number of days an employee injured in a work-related incident who remained at work was on job transfer or work restriction. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
