29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. At the jobsite, employees installing framing activities were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard at a height of over 6 feet to the ground below. Jorge Luis Gonzalez Campos was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595652, Citation Number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 22, 2024, with a final abatement date on June 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 221 Resting Place Road, Waxahachie, TX 75165.
