29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) 201 Ferry Street, Easton PA Facility - On or about April 23, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not inform employees with potential exposure to lead of the content of appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025 as required per this section. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1435839, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 210 Maple Avenue, Cheshire, CT. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photograph or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
