At the end of each calendar year, you must: 29 CFR 1904.32(a)(1): Review the OSHA 300 Log to verify that the entries are complete and accurate, and correct any deficiencies identified; a. On or about December 31, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that they reviewed and corrected any deficiencies when completing the entries for their 2023 OSHA 300A summary log. Specifically, the entries in column J, column M1, and column M6 do not accurately match between the 2023 OSHA 300 work related injuries and illness log and the 2023 OSHA 300A summary log.
