29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(iii): An evaluation of each powered industrial truck operator's performance shall be conducted at least once every three years. On or about March 27, 2024, at establishment located at 1025 W 20th Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin: the employer did not evaluate each powered industrial truck operator's performance to ensure they had the knowledge and skill to operate safely. U.S. POSTAL SERVICE was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(l)(4)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1661887, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Roxbury Street, Boston, Massachusetts.
