29 CFR 1910.1020(g)(1)(i): Upon an employee's first entering into employment, and at least annually thereafter, each employer shall inform current employees covered by this section of the following: The existence, location, and availability of any records covered by this section; a) On or about November 7, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were adequately informed annually on how to request access to the records, who maintains the records, and where the records are located, in that they were only informed that they had the right to see the air monitoring and medical records
