29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Genesis HealthCare LLC. located at 115 South Providence Road, Wallingford, PA 19086 - On or about October 19, 2023, employees required to wear filtering facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to required use. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators such as but not limited to 3M 1860 and Cardinal Health N95-S respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus or Tuberculosis while providing care to suspected or confirmed positive COVID-19 and Tuberculosis residents.
