29 CFR 1910.25(b) Stairways. General requirements. The employer must ensure: 29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): (3) Stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings; a. On or about September 28, 2023, the fixed stairway located in the Mold Washing Area leading to the work platform had a damaged step that was not of uniform riser height. Liberty Casting Company, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1390789, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 550 Liberty Rd, Delaware, OH 43015.
