29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard: On or about September 26, 2023 at location 3855 South Washburn Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin: Employees were not properly trained in the use of fall protection when working on top camping trailers and recreational vehicle roofs. Camping World RV Sales, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583062, citation number 1, item number 1/b and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6440 Scully Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54701.
