29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about August 30, 2023, employees constructing a covered parking area were exposed to a 12.8-foot fall from a 2/12 pitch roof at 5480 Grant Avenue, Suite 2, Cleveland, Ohio 44125; the employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to a fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
